Dr. Marisa Flores Aguilar

Dr. Marisa Flores was born in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, where she conducted her studies in General Medicine in the Baja California Autonomous University (1980 to 1984), continuing her post degree studies “Retina and vitreous Illnesses” in the Department of Ophthalmology in UCSD.  Also, Dr. Marisa Flores Aguilar has completed the special board certifications in The Ophthalmology Residency, Guadalajara , Jalisco (1990).  Currently she works with CODET Vision Institute in the area of Retina and Vitreous Illnesses and Surgery, and also she has her private practice.  Other extracurricular activities: She is a Scientific Supervisor for the Journal of the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 1993.
