We evaluated piezoelectric microdosing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results-methodology\">RESULTS\/METHODOLOGY:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subjects (n = 102) received precision microdroplet delivery of phenylephrine (2.5%) and tropicamide (1.0%): 1 \u00d7 1.5 \u03bcl, 1 \u00d7 6 \u03bcl or 2 \u00d7 3 \u03bcl of each (randomized 1:1:1), into one eye. Contralateral eyes received eyedropper doses of both drugs. Outcomes were pupil dilation (0\u201360 min) and patient satisfaction. Six-microliter microdosing achieved comparable, and 2 \u00d7 3 \u03bcl met\/exceeded dilation speed and magnitude versus eyedropper. Separately, participants preferred piezoelectric saline self-delivery to eyedroppers, reporting better head-positioning comfort, reduced tearing\/overflow and increased likelihood of adhering to ocular medication regimens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusion\">CONCLUSION:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piezoelectric microdosing achieves comparable effects as eyedroppers delivering 4\u201317-fold larger doses. Microdosing may enhance patient adherence to ocular medication regimens while minimizing side effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div  class=\" b-buttons\" >\n\t\t\t<a  class=\"b-buttons__button a-btn
