CODET Vision Institute Participates in the 2023 ASCRS Annual Meeting

CODET Vision Institute, a leading ophthalmology clinic, participated in the 2023 ASCRS Annual Meeting in San Diego, California, from May 5th to 8th. The event is an opportunity for ophthalmologists from around the world to come together and share knowledge about refractive surgery, cataract surgery, cornea, and glaucoma.

Several doctors from CODET Vision Institute attended the event, including Dr. Arturo Chayet, Medical Director, and Dr. Erik Navas, Specialist in Cornea, Cataracts, and Refractive Surgery, and presented a new technique called Glued IOL.

Glued IOL is a technique that is currently at the forefront of ophthalmology. The procedure consists of fixing the lens to the sclera with a unique modification. CODET Vision Institute shared their knowledge and experience with ophthalmologists from around the world and presented 6 works at the conference: 1 from Dr. Chayet, 1 from Dr. Navas, and 4 from Fellows.
