That’s why we kicked off 2025 with our first quarterly Town Hall meeting, where we celebrated milestones, welcomed new talent, and honored the incredible dedication of our staff — all with one shared goal: providing exceptional care for our patients.
Celebrating Department Achievements and Patient-Centered Progress
During the meeting, each department shared updates on their latest projects and accomplishments from the first quarter of 2025. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in eye care services — values that directly impact the quality of care our patients receive every day.
Welcoming New Team Members and Future Ophthalmology Leaders
We were also proud to welcome new staff members who recently joined the CODET family. Their energy and talent will help us continue to deliver compassionate, cutting-edge care in every department.
Another highlight was the introduction of our new generation of ophthalmology fellows, who have begun their specialized training in Anterior Segment, Retina and Vitreous, Pediatric Ophthalmology, and Oculoplastics (Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery). These fellows represent the future of eye care and play an important role in helping CODET remain a global leader in ophthalmology.
Recognizing Excellence: Employee of the Quarter
One of the most meaningful moments of the event was the announcement of the Employee of the Quarter Award, selected by peer voting across the organization. This award recognizes team members who best embody CODET’s core values: Responsibility, Urgency, Ethics, Hygiene, Warmth, and Innovation — the same values that guide our patient care every day.
