The Quarterly Town Hall was held (July-September 2024)

CODET Vision Institute celebrated its Quarterly Town Hall with great enthusiasm, bringing together the entire team. The most important events and advancements that took place at our facilities between July and September 2024 were reviewed. This event, essential for the institution, provides the opportunity to share key developments and reaffirm our commitment to excellence in vision care.

During the meeting, progress on projects carried out during the quarter was presented, along with the results achieved. A special time was also dedicated to introducing and welcoming new staff members who have joined the CODET family in the past three months.

One of the most special and anticipated moments of the meeting was the presentation of the award for the Employee of the Quarter. The winner was selected through a vote from the entire organization. This recognition celebrates the dedication and effort to embody CODET’s core values: Responsibility, Urgency, Ethics, Hygiene, Warmth, and Innovation.

Finally, the team gathered at the reception, where they mingled with colleagues and enjoyed a delicious snack, further strengthening the bonds that make CODET an exceptional community.
