Continuous Training to Elevate the Quality of Care

Specialized English Course with Ophthalmic Terminology
Our optometrists and various team members completed a specialized English course focused on ophthalmic terminology, imparted by UABC. This training strengthens communication with international patients and ensures greater clarity in clinical explanations and care.
Leadership Development for Supervisors
To support strong leadership across the institute, our supervisors completed a Leadership Course facilitated by CETYS University. This program helps our managers build stronger teams, enhance patient-centered processes, and maintain the culture of excellence CODET is known for.
