CODET Vision Institute was proud to participate in the ARHITAC Inspire Congress 2025, an annual event organized by ARHITAC (Asociación de Recursos Humanos de la Industria en Tijuana, A.C.). This congress brings together Human Resources leaders and professionals from across Baja California to share best practices in innovation, employee well-being, and organizational culture — all values that align with CODET’s mission of protecting and improving vision health.

At the event, CODET Vision Institute had the opportunity to connect with HR directors, managers, and teams from leading companies in the region. Our goal was clear: to create strategic alliances with organizations so their employees can take advantage of the health insurance benefits provided by their employers to access eye surgery or treatment at CODET Vision Institute.
Our Health Insurance Staff, spoke with attendees about the importance of preventive eye care and how maintaining healthy vision contributes to comfort, productivity, and quality of life in the workplace.
Visitors to our booth also participated in a special raffle, where one attendee won an exclusive gift from the CODET Vision Institute team. This interactive activity added a fun, engaging touch to our participation while allowing us to connect personally with the HR community.
